Working with Tom was enjoyable; he is very approachable, honest and professional. As a first time buyer, I was worried about all the minutia and not knowing what to do, but Tom took us through every step and made it easy. He knew where to go to get things done. We wanted to close quickly, and we closed right at two months. Even though he has many clients, he always answered texts right away, no matter the day. He was highly concerned that we got the house we wanted, and that we got a fair price. He also helped us find a great temporary rental home that allowed us to have our dog. Tom was more like a friend who put us first and made sure we thought about all options and what would help us the most. He is the one to call for a friendly and professional experience.

I used Tom to buy my new house and sell my old one. He lives in the Brichwood community I now live in, which I valued in selecting him, and has been a valued resource. His office also happened to be our local Coach Office for the area of my sale. Within 2 days of listing my home for sale 5 people had looked at it and 3 made offers. I live in California and had a rental property in Long Island. Spoke to Tom who gave me a ton of great advice on what to do when I was thinking of selling it. He assisted me removing the tenant, informing me the condition of the home, advised me on getting the right repairs done before putting the house on the market, help me review the repair process, kept me updated, all these without me having to fly to NY. Most importantly, with his knowledge of the market in the area, he also recommended me on the right price to sell the home, or else I would have been in a worse situation. Highly recommend Tom.

Many people have the perception that a realtor adds a property on MLS and waits for the buyers to see it on line. I can say first hand that with Tom, that does not happen.
